What cookies and similar technologies we use, and how you can control them.

Draft — pending solicitor review

This Cookie Notice is a structural draft. The detailed legal wording is being prepared by our solicitor and will replace the placeholder sections below. Until then, please contact us with any specific questions and do not rely on this document for legal interpretation.

Last updated: TODO.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage to keep you signed in.

2. The cookies we use

We group cookies by purpose:

  • Strictly necessary — sign-in and session, draft application autosave, basic security. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
  • Payments — Stripe sets cookies on its checkout/elements to prevent fraud.
  • Analytics — aggregate data about which pages are visited. TODO: confirm provider and whether IPs are anonymised.

To be added by client: Full table of cookies actually set (name, provider, purpose, expiry). Generate from a current scan.

3. Your choices

To be added by client: Description of the cookie consent banner (once added) and how to change preferences later. Browser-level controls signposted.

4. Do Not Track

To be added by client: Whether and how we honour the Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals.

5. Changes to this notice

To be added by client: How updates are communicated.
